The System

The Next O Technical Academy System

Everything behind the methodology, technology, and training architecture.

01 · Technology

The Next O Technical Engine

Proprietary biomechanical tracking built for ball mastery. Every video proof a player uploads is scanned, measured and scored — so coaching is based on what the body actually did, frame by frame.

13-Point Skeletal Rig

Every upload is mapped frame-by-frame onto a 13-joint skeletal model — hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, head — so technique is measured, not guessed.

Plant Foot & Ankle Flex

Tracks plant-foot placement, ankle lock at contact and knee drive on every touch, flagging the exact frame where mechanics break.

Center of Gravity

Reads hip height and torso lean through every change of direction — the biomechanical signature of balance under speed.

Head-Scan Detection

Counts shoulder checks and head turns before and during the action, turning Observation into a number.

Freeze-Frame HUD & Fix Clips

The key moment is frozen with the skeletal overlay, then replayed as a slow-mo fix clip with the coaching correction attached.

Minted Elite Player Card

Each scan outputs Balance / Execution / Game Pace readouts, a composite score and a verdict — and mints an animated Elite Player Card.

02 · Tracking

BEOGO Tracking System

Five pillars, scored on the 6-Level Progression Engine. Every player carries a Baseline, Current and Next score for each pillar — reviewed monthly by Coach Barker and written into the Monthly BEOGO Progress Report.

B
Balance

Posture, core engagement, lower center of gravity through directional changes.

E
Execution

Both-feet mechanics, clean ankle flex, exact ball-contact accuracy.

G
Game Pace

Eliminating pauses between move setup and explosive exit or finish.

O
Observation

Head up, shoulder scans prior to touch and during circuit movement.

O
Ownership

Homework submission consistency, video proof quality, and session prep.

Baseline

Set by the first baseline video — toe taps and foundations — and the first in-person session.

Current

Updated from every Engine scan, coach review and 60-second challenge score.

Next

The level Coach Barker targets for the next 30 days, with the exact homework to get there.

03 · Your Sessions

What every session delivers

Sixty minutes, zero wasted touches. Every in-person session is built so the player walks off the field better than they walked on — and can prove it.

1
Check in with purpose

You start every session knowing your single focus for the day — and your homework proof is already on the Hub.

2
Move like an athlete

Agility, balance and change of direction with your eyes up — the footwork that makes every move faster.

3
Hundreds of quality touches

The same movements, now with the ball — light, controlled, both feet, building real ball mastery.

4
Live feedback on your homework

Coach Barker watches your assigned reps live and corrects the mechanics on the spot.

5
Master your target move

Slow reps, then game speed, then against a defender — both feet, until it's yours.

6
Finish what you start

Your skill move connects straight into a strike on goal — finesse, power, volley, cut-back.

7
Leave with a win

Every session ends with a 60-second challenge — your score and a named success are logged straight to your Hub.

Same structure every week, scaled to the player's tier — so progress is measurable session to session.
04 · Progression

The 6-Level Progression Engine

A skill moves up one level only when the answer to its coaching question is a clear yes — at the current level, both feet where appropriate.

Level 1
Control
Coaching questionCan the player perform the action correctly at low speed?
Level 2
Consistency
Coaching questionCan the player repeat quality technique with both feet or both sides?
Level 3
Speed
Coaching questionCan the player execute faster without losing the key technical detail?
Level 4
Scan
Coaching questionCan the player gather information before or during the action?
Level 5
Pressure
Coaching questionCan the player execute with a defender, time limit, or directional constraint?
Level 6
Game Transfer
Coaching questionCan the player use the skill in a realistic action with an outcome?
Never advance a skill until the coaching question is a clear YES on both feet.
05 · The Tier System

Bronze to Elite

Your baseline video sets the starting tier. Each tier has clear skill expectations, a weekly rep target per skill action, and the video proof required to move up.

Leaderboard & Player Cards

The Central Illinois Leaderboard ranks every enrolled player on Hub points — chapters, reps, streaks, coach-approved proofs and 60-second challenge wins. Every Engine scan mints a FIFA-style Elite Player Card headlined by your O-Rank.

Dribbling, Passing and Shooting are each rated 0–99 from Engine scans, chapter mastery and training completion — or locked by Coach Barker after a live review.

Streak bonus

Daily rep logging builds a streak that adds +1 to +5 to your O-Rank. Miss a day and the bonus resets — consistency is rewarded on the card itself.

O-Rank on the card

The headline number on your Elite Player Card is your O-Rank (max 99), with DRI / PAS / SHO stats and a Streak Bonus chip — minted fresh with every scan.

07 · Academy Philosophy

The 5 O's

More than a letter — it's a mindset. The Next O Standard is the identity every Academy player carries onto the field, built on five commitments.

O
Opportunity

Every training session is an opportunity. Every touch, mistake, challenge, and repetition is a chance to improve.

For players: “Every rep is a chance to get better. Use it.”

The Next O Standard
Never waste a training session.
O
Observation

See the game before it happens. Elite players constantly scan space, defenders, teammates, passing lanes, and their next action.

For players: “See the field before you touch the ball.”

The Next O Standard
Play with your eyes before your feet.
O
Ownership

Own your development. Nobody can train for you — show up prepared, stay disciplined, and hold yourself accountable.

For players: “Your development is your responsibility.”

The Next O Standard
Your progress is your responsibility.
O
Optimism

Confidence is trained. Mistakes don't define you, your response does — stay positive, stay resilient, keep growing.

For players: “Confidence comes from doing the work.”

The Next O Standard
Believe before you achieve.
O
Outwork

Effort separates players. Talent opens doors; work ethic keeps them open — choose discipline every day.

For players: “The player who works hardest wins.”
